I have broken up the list by who will be meeting at which rally points (I used last year as a basis). I have a bunch of folks who I don't know where you'll be rallying, so please, check the lists on post #1 and let me know your rally point (you can post it right here).

Make sure you know the rally point times in post #1, and they are the times we will be leaving the rally points, so plan on getting there earlier. Also see the time note for the folks just going directly to the mall.

Finally, as mentioned in my first post:
This is really important, especially for those of you meeting us at the show - When you fill out your registration, be sure to write in "NEC5" for the car club!!!

Alright, I think I have it (although I'm still hoping a black or CGM shows up as one of the cars whose color I don't yet know)...It's a little more complicated than last year, so pay attention

There are seven groups this year. The groups are designated by the number inside (or just outside) the yellow boxes in this image:

The only group without a number on the image is Group 7. They are "the rest" of the group. Group 7 will make up the last four cars on the left of the bow-tie as well as the "rays" around the bow-tie (four of these rays are shown above).

I tried to set up the staging areas so we can park and then easily move into position. I think I did it. Everyone will get a copy of this handout:

Check the list for your user name. This may not be the last revision, so don't assume that your group will not change. When we get to the mall, don't just follow the car ahead of you, take at the parking lot and try to head to your staging area. Those of us coming from Hopkington will be coming in on the entry way seen to the right of the staging area for group 7. So, unless you are in group 7, take a left into the main parking area and head for your group staging location.l

All the cars in the bow-tie (except the vertical or near vertical cars) will be facing in the same direction, which will be driver facing right in this picture.

If it's not crystal clear (which I'm sure it's not because even when I think I've explained things in a simply way I always over complicate it and confuse everyone...kind of like this sentence), don't worry, as a few of us will be telling you where to go.

Is everyone on board?

Yes sir on board 100% just follow your car in and i'll be where i need to be. If not you can always look for me i'm not hard to spot anymore i heard.

Man this looks so cool! I'm still hoping I can go, but since I've already been called in to work twice I doubt that I can get coverage...

You can probably do that, as I will likely just pull into my spot, as it is an anchor point. Slide up next to me, but let me get out of my car first, LOL.
