Interesting comments about the V6 transmission on the Mustang. I'm curious to drive one just to see how it feels.

I'm not surprised the GM 6 speed auto is one of the best around. I feel if they tested the manual they might have chosen a different winner. I'm glad the camaros still in the fight though. Love my car.

Best paragraph ever!

Quote:
The interior has been the part of the Camaro that has received the greatest criticism, even from fans. Most of the complaints center on the dashboard's hard plastic. Besides that, a lot of people just don't like the design, seen as aping 1970s interiors that, let's face it, weren't exactly pretty even then.

Don't count me among the complainers, though. I like it. And I don't spend much time squeezing the dashboard.
Thats what I am talking about!

I think it's all to each his own. It all depends on what features are the most important to the to be owner, or the person who is testing the car in the comparison.

Love how you all flock to the articles that pick the Camaro as the winner. Hey guess what the Mustang is still faster - around turns, in a straight line, and in braking. Oh and its cheaper, oh and has the better interior.

Oh my god this is going to get bad. Interior is an opinion and as some have said, the author didn't pick the camaro based on performance.

love how you all flock to a camaro site oh and oh and oh and oh and oh. i don't need magazine articles to tell me which car to buy nor do i feel the need to convince mustang owners of my choice. go read your motortrend and feel reassured that you chose the better car
