I've loved my Vararam set up since day one. Unfortunately, recently the corner of the rubber gasket that seals to the bottom of the hood, started to peel away. You can see it here on the drivers side.

After someone else on here got there's replaced free of charge, I decided to call them up. Sure enough, the tech on the phone said it was an issue with the early run versions. He said he would send me a new one. He pulled me up in the computer, and found that I had bought it from a sponsor on C5, and said, "I'll get one right out to you." A few days later, this was delivered! No return needed. Now THAT is how you take care of your customers!

Steve is a Great guy, mine did the same.
They sent me new parts no problem.

I expected a new seal, maybe a new base assembly. Nope...entire unit! He is a great guy.

Same here had the same prob and i got complete setup and unit was a few yrs old.
Awesome service and thats how to take care of customers.
