Rick's going "mild tune" with his headers, be smog legal, etc., same should be doable with a "mild" super-charger....If no ZL-1 for over a year (or more...lol...) you might as well....

If I end up going that route, no ZL1 at all...wouldn't want one then. I kinda like my car anyway. Just not the "issues", battery, and what not. haven't had a CEL in a good while though. I would maybe do a front end conversion like David's, and the side rockers.

Looks clean, price is good. I wouldn't buy gel cell batteries since the battery isn't the problem, they'll drain just as fast. Put a battery tender on it at night or the weekends just to assist the issue

I have one, but they don't help. Or, the trickle charge on mine is no good. Gel battery will be better...no liquid to burn, so no cel damage or loss.

The one I'm looking at now is GM certified, 2 years free oil changes, 12 mo/12,000 extra B2B warranty on top of balance of new 3/36,000 and 5/100,000 warranties. Only thing...front bumper license plate bracket is installed. LoL!
