Definately the 8am staging. Trafic won't be an issue until later in the day anyway, but always an issue on 10 coming from Maricopa and Tucson Should be a good route and the curve in 347 should be a good spot for video/photo shoots.

hehe...when applying for permits, insurance, talking to several departments, it's a LOT to do!

Just a couple more things and all should be a go.

We in the government, and I just work at a college, call that death by committee, and since it takes so long to have everyone approve it nothing gets done in a timely manner. Hang in there, it wil get done. It is like me waiting for my steering wheel to be made by ACE. I have to wait in order for it to be right.

Well, if they actually expect us to pay them $200 just so we can drive through their town, they are sorely mistaken. Simply on principle alone, I won't do this if they are going to force us to pay them $200 for "right of entry." No way...no how...not going to happen...

I'd rather change the route down the 202 ONLY to make this work...

I think the 202 route would be better, and I agree what they are asking is out of line.

I know you worked hard to make this happen and appreciate all your efforts ... . . Scale the run back some... . Let us all just leave the Hotel and park at the racetrack. SWEET n SIMPLE we all just want to show off our Camaros. Keep It Simple

Oh and I almost forgot the fact ......... 300 plus Camaros going to Firebird on our dime
