LOL yeah that's the reaction I get a lot. They taste better than what you see in the picture. I did a brisket and another rack of ribs too. Not sure when I did them but they are out of my Pitmaker.

Here it how to go from pleasure to miserable in an hour. Steak Dinner at my in-law's:
And then.............................................. .............there was dessert. I had to take a walk before I could sit down when we got home. (each steak was 2 inches thick & at least 2 lbs)

Cordon Bleu Biscuit experiment. Used southwest pepperjack cheese to give them a little heat. Turned out pretty good.

At the in-laws again. Look at all that food! There were 20 lobster tails and 7 lbs of those huge shrimp. 5 of us ate all the lobster & made a huge dent in the shrimp. Is it any wonder I have a hard time keeping my weight down? And we have not even had dessert yet.

Wow ruby.
I'm 24, potty trained, take out the garbage on occasion, and mow the grass every 2 weeks. I wash and wax the family cars ever weekend (weather permitting) as well. Can you adopt me plz? |
