Anyone running Royal Purple? Just curious if anyone has heard anything positive or negative about it.

I doubt you'll notice a difference. I prefer Redline myself though.

Use it on all my cars. Love it. I use the Filters on the Camaro too. Didn't really notice a difference in any of them performance wise, but it takes a lot longer to break down than the mobile 1 from my experience.

For me....GM uses Mobil 1 and I've been using Mobil 1 for years without issue. It's a heck of alot cheaper then Royal Purple from what I've seen. I pick up a 5 qt container from Walmart for about $22.

Same with my Trans oil. I put in Mobil 1 because it was alot cheaper. And, when ADM performance did my rear end he put in Mobil 1 there as well.

Not that there is anything wrong with Royal Purple if you're willing to pay the money. I'm just not sure it's really better than Mobil 1. Just my opinion though.

I would disagree. Every time I have switched one of my new cars I have definitely felt a difference. When I changed over my 4th gen SS I did the engine, trans, and rear end all at once and dynoed +10rwhp. I am not saying it as a vendor, I don't sell the stuff, but as a dude that uses it.

I ran RP in my Silverado when I had it. Its oil. I run M1 in the Camaro because that was factory fill and I dont like change. Tranny and diff are M1 also. M1s just easier to come by when you live out in the boonies.
