White vert with orange stripes. Its the car you've wanted for about as long as I've known you on this site. I'd never buy such a car, because I don't like white, don't like vert's, and I don't like stripes. But this isn't my car, its your car.

The rumor mill is stirring with the cancellation of IBM topic. This might not bode well as if I decide on a hardtop, the color would be IBM. That means that I'd either have to make a decision before model year 2011 and buy a hardtop, or be 100% sure that a vert is what I want. I would hate myself if I waited for the vert and then decided I like the hardtop better only to have my color discontinued. Decisions decisions...

GM EITHER COME OUT WITH CONVERTIBLE PRE-PRODUCTION PICS OR KEEP IBM AROUND AT LEAST UNTIL THE VERT COMES OUT!!!

Not sure where you are from, but how often will you have the top down? Around here, lucky to get a couple months when it isn't raining, too hot, or too cold to put the top down. This doesn't matter to me but vert would have less room and weigh more. The vert looks great with the top down. Might just be me, but I think coupe looks a lot better than the vert top up.

Well yesterday, I went to the first NorCal cruise and the CGM and Victory Red were great eye candy. The CGM in person just looks like it's the perfect color so now between White, IBM and CGM are my colors.

As for a few days ago when the convertible was announced for Q2 2011, it's starting to look like a hardtop is in my future. I'm still waiting to hear back from Tom Henry as it's been two weeks without an e-mail response. My faith is in a losing battle that he'll get back to me.

After much thought and debate, I'm now considering a second setup as well. I think my choice is going to reside on whether or not I receive an answer to an e-mail I sent 10 days ago.

A)
Camaro SS Convertible
Twin Turbo setup via STS remote mount kit

B)
Camaro SS Convertible
Edelbrock TVS1900 kit
NoWeeds Diverters

Colors will come later but other mods include:

Some sort of ducktail spoiler (the blade spoiler is horrid imho)
Painted stripes
Interior pieces by DSV customs
Possibly a hood

Such choices you have. I would like to pose another question (or two) to be added to your ordeal. What color does your sweetheart like? Or maybe you should get his and hers cars. Just a thought.
