The implication that it's the car's fault, similar to the cries for gun control every time there is a mass shooting in the news, are overreacting. What's next? "No One Under 25" warning labels on certain cars? We don't know what happened, other than he was going fast and even a 4 cylinder Nissan can go fast. |

HE WASN'T A KID!!!! People make poor decisions all the time. It's unfortunate indeed, but speeding aside for him to be going so fast in a residential area that he could not stop or at least slow down enough not to plow through a curb, yard and house is just stupid..plain and simple.
Hope a few drivers learn from his mistake.

That was definitely driver error. However, maybe the guy was tired and was starting to fall asleep, or maybe He had a medical condition. He was definitely going faster than He should have been going in that area. Just remember, It's not the speed that kills ... it's the sudden stop.

Basically, to the unskilled driver thinking they are in a car that was built to handle all its horsepower in all situations, it is a death trap. |
