Changing Transmission Fluid V6 Automatic

Could someone point me to a DIY write up or list any bit of information. I've been looking for a while now and haven't found anything. If anyone could light the way I would appreciate it.

I'm no expert- I got the manual trans, but most automatic owners of any brand car has to content themselves with simply draining the pan of their transmission, refill and driving a few thousand miles and do it again, etc...

It takes special equipment to actually change all the fluid in an auto trans (frequently hold a dozen quarts or more I believe), that's why dealers and auto shops advertise a "complete flush and fill".

Here is a good right up for the V8 auto. I would imagine the V6 is similar.
