Will 2.75 pulley make too much heat?
When you spend the blower faster it will always make more heat, it will also make more power. We spin our Maggies 22000 rpm

Not sure if 85lb injectors are going to be big enough - will depend on what pulley size you go with. I just finished mine - eforce, stock head, custom cam, headers, exhaust etc) and with 2.75 pulley I have ID1000s (approximate 95lb/hr injectors) and they are at 70%. My car made 677rwhp and 631rwtq and I have stock cubic inches.

You might want to consider meth on that build. With ID850's, meth and running a 2.75 pulley I never see more than 68% duty cycle. I run the eforce at close to 20000 rpm which is the max suggested by edelbrock. There is no question it is maxed out and with your extra cubes it will be really at the limit I think. If you think you will ever want more than 800 rwhp then I would go another route, but if you are looking for less than that, the combo you are planning should work very nicely.

Go with an overdrive damper since you are changing it anyways.
Not sure what the ZR1 map sensor is for ?

You mean the sensor ? I am just assuming that the Camaro eforce, like the corvette eforce, comes with a TMAP and doesn't need any other map sensor. I could be wrong on that.

You dont need the zr1 map. E force comes with a 3 bar tmap sensor. Your tuner can calculate boost if he knows what hes doing. Defintely get some 2" long tube headers and hi flow cats if any at all. Get an alky meth system as well. With all your cooling youll hit 700 at the wheels with a 3" pulley easily
