No, it won't.

But, it will require the version with the hidden fasteners. The fasteners that show, and the border would interfere. so, the hidden fasteners will allow for the border, and your etched text.
We do not have the hidden fasteners on the website yet, because we are trying to hold down the costs on these. But we are going to place it there as an option.
There is an addition of another plate, special fasteners, additional tape, and some additional assembly time for us. So we have to add costs for this feature. We do not want to, we do not like to, but there is no way around it.
We actually had it ruled out as an option. However, some customers do want it so we will offer it.
These are still the most customizable ones out there for the cost.

Thanks, Roger

Just placed my order after discussing customizing options with Roger via email. I had some special requests and he helped me make what I'm sure will be quite a work of "art" to place under the hood.

Thanks Roger-

According to your site "This piece will mount with 4 chrome-plated, allen-keyed, button-head bolts along with matching fastening hardware. To install the Bowtie, you will be required to put these 4 holes through your hood insulation."

So if you can please post pictures of how these are installed in you new Thread. Thanks!

What he said, need pics and install instructions.

I have been working with Roger on some custom etching and I placed my order last night. Roger has been a joy to work with and if anyone is on the fence about this product, I dont think you should have any hesitation getting in touch with Roger and getting exactly what you want. He will go above and beyond to get it right.

Thanks Roger!!

We will be posting real pictures of these today.

The computer renders can give you a pretty good idea of the outcome, but nothing like the real thing.

Hopefully this morning. The parts are finished, we just need to watermark, and publish the pictures.

Thanks, Roger

Eric,

We standardized the sizes of the logos this weekend, so your center piece is actually larger than what I first sent to you.
After all of the ideas we had this weekend from you guys, the one my car needs some changing now.

Thanks, Roger
