I'm thinking about it....if it wasn't in a dusty ass field, it would be a no-brainer. Having a black car at that event in painful....it takes waaaaay too long to clean this thing.

Probably flooded with all the rain we've had as it sits right on the river. While its "romantic" to think of having a show next to a river in perfect weather, you get what you get when it isnt (ie, mud, dust, trees drip shit all day, etc). I'll be watching close as its only a short drive for me. Assuming I get mine back in time to repair all the shop "damage" under the hood

Yeah....it can be a real disaster. Quietly hoping it is trashed and they end up moving to Depot Town just a few blocks away. Muuuuuch better and paved

As far as the damage....lol, most of it is psychological For the most part, just paw prints, paint scuffs - minor, but repairable without repaint (knock, knock), scratches on aluminum....again, manageable, but in general just dirty as hell. At this point well worth it given the tuning progress being made....can't imagine what this thing is going to be like on the street.

Finally....the dust has cleared, we've racked up over 200 miles on the dyno, 3 dozen pulls and a shit ton of 5gal "fill-ups". By far the stingiest dyno in the area (Mustang). This shop can count the number of N/A cars that hit 600 on one hand.....and those were low 9sec race cars. We hit 615 @ 6600 with a torque peak of 540ft lbs. Easily 10% lower than the few known dynojets around town...hell, consistently reads 20hp less than its sister dyno across town. Figure drivetrain lose percentages that include a 9", thru a full, catted exhaust and its impressive. LMAO....regardless of the dyno bench racing debate, I wont be able to drive it down a track to back it anyway!!!!

Last vid on the rollers....because the phone mic sucked, I had to stand about 40' out. Plus it was so GD loud, being inside I would have gone deaf.

Very proud to say...it made it on the street today. Wife and I celebrated a long 10yr wait with a little champagne. Breaks these 315s lose like they were 215s....unbelievable (but controlled) power. Still a little raw because the street drive tune is not complete, but holy shit its wicked....

Purrs like a kitten....

Aaaaaaand another set back Think I found the source of a what I thought was a binding suspension on Saturday. Nope....Trutrac. Seriously, this car hates me or its picking parts that SHE wants, lol.

Replaced with a Wavetrac...street testing today.

Back in business!!! New diff solved the problem. No squeaks, clunks, bangs or pings back there. Guys had a REAL chance to put it through its paces....driveability stuff in terms of tune and ride. Lol, hardest accelerating NA car they've driven short of their high 8sec shop car....except this one stops....HARD.

Brought it home today....nasty car....lots of adjectives, but nothing that really defines it. Solid suspension but firm/jarring on these lovely Michigan roads, purrs quietly along in low rpm and is flat out possesed from 3500 to 6500, Hoping to put a few miles on her over the weekend to get a better feel. Might even take a few pics
