You are right it has to be tuned, but it shouldnt run rough like that. I waited 2 months before my car got in for a tune after headers. Sounds to me like you have a leak somewhere. I would check the connections at the cats.

Any leak will cause it to run bad.

I've retightened every header bolt and even the clamps where the collectors go. I even thought it was bad gas so I ran the car empty and put half a tank with 100 octane.

You didn't put your spark plugs/O2s back in right or they're broken. I don't see how it could possibly be anything else.

What could cause the random multiple misfire code? I double checked everything and took it back to get the codes read and it said bank 1 and 2 sensor 2 low voltage and not responding and multiple random misfire.

I double checked and tightened the connection to the mid pipes again and the same thing. I heard something about the 13's being really sensitive? Could this be true?

Damn that's annoying. Wish I could take a look. You have LS3 or L99?

Nothing sensitive about your car. Must have something to do with plugs.

Did you take the plugs out when you did the headers? I've seen a few people try to leave them in and crack a few.. Check the codes, see which cylinder has an issue and check that plug.

Recheck plugs/wires? IDK if it would do anything but have you disconnected the battery to reset the ECU?
