A feature on our car we know about, but my wife didn't, NOW she knows, lol

This happened two weeks ago, I let my wife take the Camaro to work so she could show it off to the guys she works with. You would need to know my wife, she is quite the speed deamon, mush like most of us, lol. So on the home from work, I set the SPEED ALERT buzzer in the DIC at 75 mph. My wife has a 45 drive to work, and is highway posted 65 mph, and keeping it below 75 is just NOT in her nature. But I told her I am breaking it in easy so do get on it. Then I just waited...........after work that day, she gets home and we start like normal and tell each other about our days and she never mentions it.......THEN out of the blue comes "HEY WHAT THE HELL, WHY WAS THERE AN ALARM AND A NOTIFICATION ON THE DASH ABOUT ME SPEED!!" I was ROTFLAMO... all I could say was " I told you to take it easy!"

Funny story! LOL Too bad my husband knows about the speed alert - he says he was doing 130 in my car the night after I got it!

Too funny - put in a line that "If excessive speeding continues On-Star will be forced to send a history of your speeding incidents to local authorities per Vehicle Code WTHRYDSFFA (What the Hell are you driving so fast for anyway).

Knowing you I'm sure it will be official looking with logos and advertisements as they always have to try to sell you something. The challenge for you will be how long can you hold-off from laughing...

That's too funny. At least she's smart and didn't ask why the speedometer has all them extra numbers on it when you can't go past 75 mph
