Consider switching?

Anyone getting tired of the order/production process considering switching to a different car? I'm thinking about a mustang or a 370Z... what about you guys?

dude its a new car there isnt production woes, its just the demand. Getting the mustang will just be settling in my opinion. Trust me once you get the camaro you will be glad you waited. Not just Gm but the country needs us to buy american. I dont know about anybody else but im sure that the car companies going to the shitter has something to do with our economy, im not saying all of it, but Im guessing its a pretty big percentage.

If you don't really love the Camaro, just get what you want. Everyone knew there would be growing pains with this process and this car. The true guys will stick it out because they know whats at the end.

That said, NOTHING has the allure of this new Camaro. If you're thinking of switching because you don't want to wait, think about this:

What will you think when you get one of the aforementioned products and it's time for you Camaro to come in? Will you regret not waiting? If it's what you really want, don't settle for less. I wouldn't.

I was just gonna say that!!! If you want a new car now, go buy something sitting on a dealers lot and you can get it for less than MSRP. Myself, I continue to wait!!!! and Wait.......and Wait.....

Like a lot here, ordered in Oct and waited for 7 months for mine...more have waited 8, 9 or even still sitting here waiting for their car!

Like the last two have said, if you want a new car go grab one up as you'll get a great deal right now...but if you WANT a Camaro, nothing else will satisfy!

I will wait as long as it takes, there is no way I will get something else just because I don't like the wait. Any other car is just that, something else.

There was no other choice for me. Had the Camaro not come back to life, I would have continued to drive my boring sedan believing there was no other cars out there anymore. But then came Camaro, and now I love my car again. I would not have purchased a Mustang, Challenger, 370Z or even a Corvette in place of this car. This truly is the only car for me. I think if you love it, you wait. If you just want any new car...go for it.

I didn't need a new car, but I had to have THIS new car.

just wait. sad but i was in your shoes i debated on the 370z, bmw m3, nissan gtr, but have to say this is new diff body style worth the money and the wait i enjoy it and am glad i waited. one reason i went with it cause i like the 69 models but couldn't fork up the cash for a classic and then here comes a retro one in 2010 so i got it.
