ZL1 order issue - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Can someone take a look at this order sheet and tell me why I cannot select the Low Gloss Black Stripe option with this config. When my dealer trys to select Low Gloss Black Stripe, he gets a "this option is not valid with your current config" error.

you got me on that one. I thought it was going to be becasue the B92 was selected but that is not the case. Hopefully someone smarter than I am can spot the issue.

the only other reason I could see would be exterior color not sure if he tried picking red or somehting to see if it would take it then.

I think its probably your paint color choice. Try another option and see if it will tke it then.

low gloss black more than likely is not an option with Imperial blue! Like stated before, try a different color and then select it.

Like they have said above, try a different color like VR.
See what happens when you select Imperial Blue and also DSW with dark gray stripe..
it might be your only choice as low gloss is not going to be very visible with your color choice of IBM. Sometimes when this happens the factory will automatically over ride your choice.

Thanks for the info. I'll try changing to a lighter color on Monday, and see what happens.

If yes why is not your name not on it next to "Dan"
Just below where it says "order type" stock.

Looks like you are ordering the exact same car as I am other than the stripe. I was on the fence, so I didn't go for the stripe. Good luck with your order.

When I went in to finalize my order they could not get the stripe package to go on the order. They were calling to find out what the problem was. So I am on hold with my order confirmation until they get it fixed.

The DAN field is merely five characters that the dealer can fill in anything they please or be left blank. It's purely for convenience when looking at orders in workbench.

i spoke to my dealer about the stripe also i believe eaelier run cars may not have them i think also you cant get the carbon fiber upgrade either. my dealer still has 2 allications left i beleive that arent spoken for in ny
