I just finished trading in my SS for an Automatic

Yep...I pulled the trigger. I really wish I could keep my SS, but I've been having health issues and the cruise I did this last weekend was very difficult to do with my leg problems I've been having.

Unfortunately, I didn't trade in for another Camaro. I'm downsizing to a Sonic 2LTZ with the 1.4 Turbo. I figure if I'm going to go with an auto, I'll also go for gas milage, and I was pretty impressed with the Sonic along those lines.

If my health improves, I'll be back to a Camaro with a ZL1 someday.

Those are pretty Bad A$$ cars... we just had JusticePetes on the dyno last weekend and it made 123 fwhp stock... which is pretty damn good based on the flywheel numbers Chevrolet advertises...

Wow...I would have at the least gone with a V6 Camaro. The Sonic isn't a bad car. Good luck with everything.

I'm actually waiting for the Sonic to arrive at the dealer (either tomorrow or Monday). They gave me a loaner Cruze in the meantime. They had to trade another dealership for it, as it was in the color, style and had the 1.4 liter Turbo engine. Most of the Sonics have the 1.8, but the Turbo has more torque.

I'll get pics up as soon as I can. Most of the reviews I've read on the Sonic have been very good.

Mine is the sedan, not hatchback. It's Blue Topaz Metallic. Since my Camaro was fully paid for, I am getting money back on this deal for a straight up trade into the Sonic being fully paid off. Because of the 2 $11,000 accidents, I was never going to get as good a price as I really wanted either, but I think I made out ok in the trade.
