I have heard if something like that before, its one of the cars they use for testing, they hot rod it, and beat the crap out of it to test longevity for the consumer and when they are done they salvage the title because they wont Warranty anything on it anymore. Don't know if there is truth to this ir not, I thought it was just a rumor

^^ did some searching on the net and there are posts on people that said they've bought GM test cars and they come with salvage just like you said. Humm... Learn something new every day - but I still wouldn't touch for anything near that price point.
