So recently i was just cruising around and came up on a green 2013 boss mustang and decided to have some fun lol. After some back and forth playing around with this guy (we weren't in a place to run em' or anything ) we both turned in different directions, it got me thinking though, how much would it take for me to mod my car to hang with one? My car is stock aside from a muffler delete. They're 0-60 in the low 4s which at the moment is obviously too much to handle.

Messed with one before i had my tune, only running the headers and intake from a roll and he pulled me. After my tune my car runs like beast. Would be willing to bet i could pull one now. Especially in the 1/4. Traction aint there friend...haha

I did the ZL1 mod, and now they are ZERO competition ...

Are you sure about this? I am pretty sure the Boss being a track oriented car will hook quite a bit better than a stock SS. Could be wrong I guess.

Theres 4 brand new ones around where i live, im tired of feeling inferior lol

'13 BOSS = 444hp
'13 GT = 420hp
LS3 = 426hp
L99 = 400hp

w/ their lighter weight advantage, I'd guess the SS would have to clear 500hp to overtake the 302.

My fathers friend has one, and he took me out for a ride one day...a stock SS is not even close.

Yep. The 392 hemi that weighs well over 4k is neck and neck with a stock 2013-14 GT 5.0. All these muscle cars are pigs and need a diet.

Love the 2013 boss. The front and tail light change's are awesome. One of the best mustangs ever made imo.
