After the service yesterday I went to dinner with a couple of friends and took them for a ride in Ladybug. Found a nice straight stretch of open road and floored it. I wouldn't be surprised if we didn't have another old fart with a young car soon....
great story LB. Gotta love that permagrin is contagious.

She's gonna call me in the morning with options and estimates on the cost. At this point, we can A) do a better biopsy to figure out how aggressive the cancer is, then go back and do surgery, or B) go for surgical removal now, hope she gets it all, then test what was removed. First option will obviously be more expensive because it's two procedures. Second option runs the risk of not getting the whole tumor, and if it's an aggressive tumor, possibly have recurrence.
Sigh..... I don't know.... He's only 6 years old. I love my pets, but I also don't want to go broke over a dog.....
This has me up with an upset tummy at 1am. Plus, my cats were fighting under my bed. Pets - they're as bad as kids....
YES! They're as bad as kids... and they hide better when they know they've done something wrong too.

I hope for the best with Axel. :(

I have a 20lb sledge hammer with "Win95 IRQ Conflict Fix-it Tool" written on the handle (it's a long handle). The technology is old but still works like a charm anytime I have a problem with a computer. Maybe it will work on the Interstellar Overdrive and ICD too?

All else fails switch to UNIX, ugly as hell but it will do anything you ask (ya just have to know how to ask for it).

I've had several cars but only this was really fun. The '72 Nova was close.

Welcome.......it's all about the fun here. You might even get the party mouse award if you have the most fun

Go for it all NOW. If it is inoperable you'll know. If it takes an add'l surgery, its a second visit which you would have had anyway. With it out, she can get that "better biopsy" and Axel should get some relief if there has been discomfort up to this point. You didn't ask me but...

I know this will start something, but.... Women are more conniving maybe, smarter no way (there is dumb and smart on both sides). Men ignore the conniving part because they're minds are set on something else anyway. Why do you think the flytrap is called a Venus flytrap. They lure you in and then ZAP! Your ass is grass.
My staff is entirely women so I hear this dog dootie all the flippin' time. It gets old.

I think I agree with Doc on this one....

Certainly wish the best for you and Axel. I know you love your pups.

Sorry to hear that. :( Those are tough calls. I have had to make a few of those tough calls on my pets before. Just do what feels right. Hope all goes well.
