Worlds Toughest Dirt

Hey all,
So I'm having issues removing this dirt from my paint. I took a trip across country a month ago, and got some dirt/mud/clay on the rear portion of the car, and on the entire rear bumper. I have never seen something so hard to remove from paint before. I have tried washing the vehicle, Goo Gone, degreaser, bug and tar remover, and even a clay bar, and cannot get anything off. The only success I have had was using the goo gone on one tiny spot, and rubbing it for over 15 minutes to get the dirt off. Can anybody recommend any sort of treatment to get this dirt off? It looks absolutely terrible on the car and i'm so sick of looking at it.

Have u tried wd-40?. Spray it on, and use your fingernail to remove it. Works for me everytime

WD-40 is the last thing that i've read that I have not tried. Reason I haven't tried it, Is I can't even get the dirt off with my finger nail, and figured the WD-40 wouldn't work. Ill definitely try it though. Any other ideas if this doesn't work?

A picture might help.

Try Adam's Wheel Cleaner mixed 50/50 with water. Have the vehicle in the shade and cool to the touch, rinse the car down, liberally spray the affected area with the diluted Wheel Cleaner and let it dwell on the paint for a few minutes. Don't let the product dry on the paint; mist it with more to keep it moist if it starts to dry. After a few minutes rinse it off and then wash the area as usual. If some still remains, claying may remove the rest at this point as it should have softened what's there.

If the above doesn't work there are Industrial Fall Out Removers available, and also more aggressive clay bars out there that'll do a much better job than the consumer grade clays found at most auto parts stores. After the more aggressive claying polishing is usually required.

Sorry for the delay in picture, but here it is. It looks like the type of dirt you can just pick off with your fingernail, but I just can't get it off. It looks like this on the entire back end of the car, as well as the rear half of the sides...

Almost looks like road line paint.

If so, 3M Adhesive Remover and a Plastic Razor Blade will scrape the pieces off. Polishing afterwards would be recommended.

Okay, so for anybody wondering, I was able to get the dirt/paint/clay off the paint. I used mothers clay bar, and clay bar'd the rear end for 9.5 hours. Now just need to do the side of the car...

Could it have been cement or paint from road crews painting lines? I've never heard of any dirt that would do that.
