I feel like an idiot! Anybody help?
So, last week I bought my 1SS and as I was in the process of putting 600 miles on in the first week, I noticed that I was accumulating dust on my radio screen. No big deal, but I was too impatient to wait to get back to my Armor All Wipes, so I just wiped the screen with sleeve. HUGE mistake (obviously). My screen now has many little scratches all over it. I'm wondering if there is anyway to remove the scratches without replacing the screen?
I know, I'm a Dumba$$, but I'd appreciate the help |

Radio face cover
Do a search for radio face covers. It is a vinyl sheet that covers and protects the surface. They say that it even covers up small scratches like they are not even there! Good luck.

Polish out the scratches with Plastx or similar.
There's even a TSB on it telling techs to use a GM Polish; the plastic is pretty soft. http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showth...adio+scratches |

just throw on the cover, the scratchs wont show anymore or you could use some of the lcd / disk repair stuff to fill in the cracks.

I have the Ghost Armor too. Works great! It's worth the cost. The material is amazing.
