Swapping summer for winter tires

Does anyone know if 18" wheels and rims would work on a camaro ss wich comes with 20". I was thinking about buying a cheap set of rims and winter tires to put on during the winter. and Does anyone knwo the cost of some cheap set of those tires and rims and the cost of taking 4 tires off and putting 4 different tires on? Thanx

....as long as the OD of the tire is the same, it doesn't matter what dia. rim you use. Just make sure you use 15" rims with 15" tires, 16" with 16", etc. a.n.

Rims: Junkyard, maybe $15 each for steel. Snow tires should cost ~$65 for cheap ones.

I'm not sure 18" will fit on a SS because of the Brimbo calipers. I read somewhere that someone had sat down and figured out that based on the rotor size, caliper dimensions, and required clearance for the calipers to work correctly, that it comes really close to 18" and that there is a very good possibility of rubbing. I would definitely wait until the car comes before making any decisions.
