V6 RS WHEELS ?

If you get the RS pkg. on the V6, are the wheels and tires the same width
as the SS?

I was under the impession that the back's will be slightly wider. I think I remember that the front will have 245's and the back will get 275's but that may have been just for the SS (I hope not tho!).

you do realize if you have the v6 and also have wider tires your going to get worse gas mileage right?

^O really? Thanks for sharing that, so I guess that is why cars like the Prius have wheels that look like spares lol? Well in that case I hope GM finds a good balance between practicality/mileage and looks, which I'm sure they did for the V6!

Also, will have a harsher ride, will increase rim exposure to possible damage from pot holes, can have poorer handling, and finally, cost more for replacements.

Advantage: don't know.

what? more width with the right amount of sidewall keeps the tire from being able to roll to the side
