steering wheel removal

It is to my understanding that you need to disconnect the battery to discharge the airbag before removal..So my question is how long does it take to discharge before you can remove it?

Yes disconnect the battery. Then give it 15-20 min for the excess to drain. Also DO NOT close the trunk. It needs electricity to open. If you close it you'll be crawling into it to get it open.

Not a problem. The hardest part I think is getting the nerves together to tale off the air bag
