Image of the drivers side under the hood. Removing the roto-fab w/w reservoir, the lines and the pump really decluttered under the hood.

Removed the battery terminal bracket and relocated the cables. Also moved the AEM boost solenoid.

The brackets will be removed once I get the BCS racing crash bars. I want to do all the body and paint wok at once. Struct tower, remove the brackets and paint; BCS racing crash bars, paint; Interior, strip the seam sealer, remove brackets and paint.

Ohhh, it's getting closer. Did you get the 3.27 or the 3.45?

Still need to pay BFASTNOTLAST (camaro5 member) for his diff. It has the 3.91 gears installed but he is throwing in a 3.45 gear set which I will be using. I will be paying him very soon

How many miles on the 3.91's? Maybe you could cut a brother a break!
I think the 3.45's are going to be your best or better than the 3.27's, option.

I agree the 3.45 gears should be perfect with the setup. I would accelerate crazy fast 0-60mph if i could hook with the 3.91's; however, my top speed is lower and I believe 4th gear ends around 130mph so the computer would be shifting at the end.

Approximately 35,000miles on the diff, not sure if that includes the 3.91 gears.

Found out today that he decided to keep the diff and rebuild it. So im back in the market for a 3.27 diff.

Edit: Just scored a local 3.27 LSD with 4,700 miles on it for $450 and an extra set of ss rear axles with 4,700 miles for $50!

Bad news and good news..........bad news is my transmission is starting to slip; on the downshifts you can hear it 'clunking' (it does not 'clunk' all the time, it is infrequent). Not sure if this is due to a low transmission fluid level. I had my chevy dealership drain the transmission and refill it after the trans cooler was installed approximately 6 weeks ago; however, I wonder if they realized the trans fluid capacity increased and instead they just followed the GM guidelines on the amount of trans fluid for a 6L50E trans drain.
I also believe I still have a vacuum leak. After I drive and put inferno in park it sounds like the engine is 'struggling to breathe'. The rpms go up and down and the boost gauge fluctuates between -17 to -21 psi. This occurs for about 10-15 seconds then returns to a normal idle. This has been an on and off issue since I was last in JE. They conducted a vacuum leak test and nothing, they also changed my spark plugs; however, now it occurs all the time.
Good news is I have an appointment this Thursday; install the LSD rear, recalibrate the ecu, change the oil, conduct a vacuum leak test and discuss my options on the transmission.
