Is it bad that the thing that is bothering me the most is that my car is just sitting down there getting dirty? I've only washed my car once since ive owned it. It gets a bath with Meguiars quick detail spray after every drive and covered up in my driveway. I thought about going down there with my spray and towels and cleaning it lol
yep she did the same thing to me and she was the one that told me the dent they put in my car was there already.... I went stright to the manager.....

DO not let them wash it, I think that is how it got dented....

Every time I go there I make sure she writes in big bold writing on the top of the service sheet "Do Not Wash"

Do you recall who the service manager is? I'm going to speak with them in the morning.

So it looks like ill be getting my car back today and have to take it in next week for the lifter replacement. They are just waiting to hear back from GM Engineering.
