I don't believe it. Here is a "source", but I'm seeing conflicting reports.

If you watched the charger reveal you would have heard the head SRT guy say that the Dart would never wear a Hellcat badge. Rumor only. The same as the rumor that they are only building 1,500 hellcat challengers. He said that is not true at all.
