How about $18,400 for a new hood for Shelby KR?

http://www.autoblog.com/2009/09/11/s...b-outrage-eru/

After a lot of very negative feedback from the web, Shelby lowered the price of the hood to $9,700...

Oh, and you have to return the orginal parts! They don't want anything showing up on a V6 Mustang... LOL

The few other items on the GT-R were

"You need to replace the bumper, rams, bonnet hinges....and of course the ECU"

Now here's the few other things on the KR:

- Grille Bezels - $690/pair
- Headlight - $650/pair
- Wheel - $1753.55
- Emblem/Badge Kit - $201.25
- Front Spoiler - $3392.50
- Carbon Fiber Hood - $18,400 + $5K shipped to your door
- Carbon Fiber Mirror - $400
- Hood Pins - $632.50
- Hood Vents - $661.25
- Bumper Stripes - $530
- Hood Stripes - $575

$632.50 for HOOD PINS!

You get an exotic car that is expensive to repair. Just like every other exotic car. However, you can't deny it's a badass car.
