ZL1 dyno #'s with mods

Getting car back tomorrow. Just got the dyno numbers: 613 rwhp & 598 tq. Mods consist of: 2.35 upper pulley, ported snout, 100mm idler, cat delete, New Era intake and a tune. Car is manual with 450 miles on it. Many thanks to Kevin and Adam at Twisted Synergy for putting car together and the tune. Nice Job Guys.

Pretty good! You have injectors put in also? Sounds like you're maxed out.

My ZL1 put 556 rwhp to the tires.
I have a Lingenfelter 630 kit (2.55 pulley, CAI,160 thermostat) Stainless Works full length headers with Hi Flow cats and a tune.

My tuner is very experienced and says his dyno is conservative by about 30 hp.
My car is pretty peppy and the headers sure wake the motor up!

Lingenfelter says my numbers are the same they get on the dyno but your numbers sound better!

Enjoy!

Do you have base dyno numbers? Those are pretty darn good numbers for the mods you listed, surprised you don't need upgraded injectors?

I agree. Its actually 586 rwhp because of the conservative dyno. M tuner said I need injectors too.

So if he said his dyno is off 100 Hp would you tell everyone you have 656rwhp? No!!! Your numbers are what they are but remember the dyno is only a tool so dont get to hung up on numbers just take it to the track and see what it runs.
