Congrats on those of you that have goten your cars. Im not sure where mine is at. I cant seem to get the railcar info from my dealer. I dont understand why they have to be so stupid. This whole deal is turning me off. I know I will be ecstatic about my car when I get it but everything else has just been about enough. From GM delaying building my car to holding them up there with no explanation as to why and the dealer has been absolutely no help at all. I have never seen a buisness so unprofessional in all of my life. I really cannot wait until this is over and I get the survey. It might not make a bit of difference to them but its all I can do I guess.

I just sent him a PM maybe he can give me that info. I saved all of my emails from the dealership. Its weird. everytime I ask a question from my dealership I get a short response usually with lots of errors and incomplete sentences. Sometimes I even have to ask him to explain because it makes no sense whatsoever. I know this aint the first car they have ordered but it will be the last one for me.

If you got your dealership tomorrow and have them put up your build sheet. On the last entry there will be a set of letters and numbers. They start off ETTX then numbers. Once you get that you can call the 800# and start tracking. I had to walk mine through this same thing. Also, like GAZL1 said Brandon might help. If you get your railcar number I can walk you through the rest. Here is the rest of the information:

This is what I did:
1-800-235-2352
wait for ringing and then message to start
press '1' during message

when prompted for car letter(?)
press 32818192# make sure you press the # key

When promted for car number
press Rail car number not the ETTX## (press # twice)
listen to message
