If you had it off, you might not have had it "completely" tight.... then do to normal vibration, it finally became loose enough to cause the problem.

Intermittent electrical problems can be a pain to track down, but I think Jason is right. Something is shorting out somewhere.

Well, i ran through my connections and couldn't find anything obvious. I'll keep an eye on it and see how things go.

It was just wierd that it fired right up like normal, then completely shut down.

Camaros have always been electrical gremlins. Spend a few weeks with a third gen. It's love/hate.

I can't say I had any electrical problems with mine, but is was fairly new and I only had it for about 6 or 7 yrs

I really hated that sinking feeling, when your car cuts out and you don't know whats going on.

Check the cables connections at the battery in the trunk.

Just an update to anyone who is planning on staying at the hotel with us for Mid-Ohio, I was told last night they only have 8 rooms left. So if you are planning on staying one night, or both nights, you might want to reserve your room in the near future.

Yeah, it was one of the connections from my previous light setup. It must not have been completely tightened when i put it all back together.
