...and what is up with the 12.00 1/4 times for the ZL-1?? That car should be firmly set into the 11's. I REALLY want to get one but if mine is nearly as fast without a SC...it may be a hard payment to make. Nah, who am I kidding I'm still gonna get it...

That's nothing to be proud of... not in the slightest. It's just going to give more fuel to those flaming the Camaro already..

So what? Do you enjoy your camaro, and appreciate how cool this vid is? or only as much as the flaming trolls allow you to, because they obviously own your feelings.

You obviously missed the point. When you find it, come back and talk.

1969 ZL1 were capable of 13.16 @ 110.21 mph stock tires.

Lack of traction is the reason for the crappy track times.

The 68 Camaro ran 12.6 @ 120 mph. 120 mph is good for low 11s with the right wheel/tire setup for drag racing.

And the guy in the video doesn't know much about modified older Camaros. Lots of guys have those cars handling great (and beating 5th gens around race tracks).

That was a complete waste of time to watch. I thought it was going to be a straight car to car comparison, but the 68 was clearly fully modded and driven hard. The Gen5 is running the stock hockey pucks and you can see the body roll. And what's with that guy's super high pitched voice. Very irritating.
