You can get a much better set of headers for the money. They are only 1 3/4 inch primaries and the 6.2l likes 1 7/8 a lot better. Also, they are 409 stainless steel (which will rust) but are priced in the range of 304 stainless steel headers (will not rust). For the same or less money you can get a set of Pfadt or Kooks headers during our Black Friday sale.

I think a purchase like headers is something you don't mess around on. You should buy what type you like the most & that you think will be best for the set up you are running on your car.

The thing is, at that price point you don't have to pick one or the other.

BE Smart if your going to get headers and plan on keeping your car, spend the money and get a good set,it makes no sense to save 200 bucks, and then end up changing the gaskets all the time or the whole set because of rust 2 yrs later...the other option is if all you care about is sound just get rid of the catts, that will give it a better sound, and no leaks, and you will still pick up some power since sound is all you care about...if it was me kooks,ARH just wait for a sale...They are even a better option if you can find them used !!!!

Why tragic ? Not a racer nor do I want to be just want a little more rumble ! If I wanted to race my car I would be going all out blower, cam or spray but that's not my goal ! Just wanted input on these particular headers and got my answer !
