thanks apex..where does the scoop attach at?

Strut tower brace(GM), CAI, Blade Spoiler, ZL1 wheels and tires, Heritage grill, Dual mode exhaust, and thats it, no more..except for the lowering springs..Ok Hotchkis springs were delivered today, thats it..

It attaches to the car just below the air box. It sits directly under the filter.

The whole bumper slides off with about 12 bolts in 20 minutes...personally, I would never do this mod without taking the front end off, it's so easy and allows you to do a better job with cutting and routing.......my install here

Removing the bumper cover is easy but it is not required to install the scoop. Our instructions do not call for it to be removed but it does allow for easier access.

They are oiled. Oiled filters are pretty much the standard for performance applications.

Is anyone using the Injen Long Tube intake like this one?

If so, what are your impressions/observations? I was using the v6 version of this on my LS, and it seemed to work really well.

Any info at all will be appreciated.

They are not the best but they are not the worst either. The filter placement with these kinds of intakes is great but the extra bends it takes to accomplish it can be counter productive. Particularly when you start getting into FI and higher power levels.
