hi...i'm new here

i have an 02 camaro ss, convertible, purchased new, 15,000 miles.....the door locks will not operate using the switch or the key fob......the trunk will latch and unlatch.....the alarm does set...........when the key is on , there is a clicking sound, like a relay, coming from the passenger side, up around the glove box...the repeats itself about every 8 seconds..i have removed the glove box, kick panel, and see no relay.....there is a black box that i've been told is the body control module...i see no other location for any relay.....is this where the problem is....i reprogramed the keyless entry but that didn't solve the problem.........the only circuit breaker that stops this is the ignition breaker under the hood......so is my only choice the $288.00 BCM ?
