Rotofab installed / review

I know probably boring for some, but im pumped so here it goes. Just installed my Rotofab cold air intake, with powdercoated victory red air box and red hoses. The overall quality was very good, easy install with pretty good directions. The only issue was the brass threads located on the intake tube I believe was stripped. Made my car quite a bit louder which I like. As far as gain in power not much but a little, but I wasnt expecting anything huge anyway. Looks really slick installed, overall very happy. Improved throttle response as well. I have an SCT tuner and I hope I will have my custom tune from Janetty tomorrow to liven it up a lil more.

I had the same issue with one of the brass threads. Roto fab took care of it immediately and I'm happy with mine too.

If you can afford some LT headers and a better exhaust, along with your tune then you will be really happy. Love my RotoFab

I have installed one also, it is a nice piece of equipment. Well made and fit like a glove. A+ product.

I was impressed with the results when I installed my Roto-fab CAI last year about this time but it was nothing like getting the LTs on and full exhaust and then have Ted do his magic with a tune for my add ons.

Turned off the torque management system and AFM systems, tweaked the transmission and man did it wake the car up. Night and day. You will be very happy with the car with your add ons and Ted tune. Totally different car and a load of fun to drive.

The air intake itself makes a good improvement on the car in terms of performance and sound. When you add the tune and LTs it makes for a great performance package without internal mods.
