Don't know of any place around here to hook you up with a tune around here. Robin said he did some mods at Performance Transmissions in Clinton, maybe they can do a tune. Keep us informed if you find anything.

Second Chance, you get yours within the past two weeks or beginning of July? Dealer just said they had someone pick their IBM up, and someone got theirs (they were from Peoria) when I got mine. I do appreciate everyone buying their cars here and leaving town. Ha!

That was probably me. I got it at the beginning of July. Some guy was buying a black one the same night I picked mine up. He got lucky, it was already ordered by someone else and they couldn't get the financing. Maybe he is on this thread

Who was your salesman. Mine was Cliff McCartney.

You traded in your mustang that night...right?

That was Hanzo picking up that black one. He was lucky, they offered that one to me first but I held out for a Rally Yellow. It's been in Chicago since Tuesday. I really thought I'd have it for this weekend, but no luck.

Ya the whole sitting in Chicago thing really sucks! I kept telling the dealer I was gonna drive to Chicago and pick it up myself faster than they could get it to me.
Mine sat in Chicago for a week...supposedly.

There's nothing worse than knowing your car is built and having to wait to get it even longer!

Glad you got on Camaro5! Hope you are enjoying your IBM, it was looking good. Yes I did luck out with the one I got. It was getting ready to drive to Wisconsin to look at one. I saw yours was on Autotrader, that is why I called. Told me that one was sold but had another. It was exactly what I wanted except it had a sunroof. Don't worry I got over that quick!

Yes, traded in the 03 GT with 36,000 miles on it. That helped them sell it to me for MSRP (not $4000 over). They resold the Stang quick with a good markup on it. I had it on AutoTrader for 2 years ($1000 to $2000 cheaper than the lowest one there) knowing I was getting a new Camaro. No one bit so traded it in.

Cliff was my salesman also, he was the one who answered the phone when I called.

I'm still pissed about the autotrader thing Cliff tried to wiggle out of that one the night we picked our cars up. He slipped and told me you saw mine on autotrader, and when I got pissed and questioned him as to why my car was ever put on autotrader he said you didn't know what you were talking about I have a good feeling they would have sold that car out from under me in a heartbeat. Needless to say I will not be buying another car from Leman's among other issues with them

Funny what happens when two people start talking. He was very proud of the fact that they were not selling any Camaros over MSRP like those price gouging dealers
