I R S Gear swap - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Hey,ya'll!waiting for my 2SS Rs,LS3.This is a 3800lb plus car car,and the easiest way that i know how to "Wake it up" is to shorten the final drive ratio.My car is going to be a daily driver,so the best set up that i've found in my 4th gen Z cars was a 3.73 ratio.This was good for an easy 2 to 3 tenths of a second.OK, so i've talked to "MOSER",they're not even thinking about making any gears for it yet,and i also called "Richmond".They, at least have plans to do some.Does anybody know of some one who is offering a setup for this Austrailian rear end?By the way,Moser is working on a 9 inch conversion for the GTO, this is the same Zeta platform as the new Camaro.They told me that the application should be really close.

When you posted this a specific forum for this wasn't available and they have since created a transmission based forum. Our mods are good at moving stuff accordingly. It helps everyone keep track easier.
