I believe theres an updated gasket for the oil cooler thats probbaly your problem tightening the bolts could help but if the gaskets having issues id just replace it I dont know if yours is still under warranty but they might cover that being its been a probematic part on the 2010's.

It should be covered theres actually alot of threads on here of guys having the same problem that your having, there all 2010's I believe if yours is an early one it has the "early style" gasket usually you can tell the early ones apart because they have that little GM chicklet on the bottom of the front fender....

Your first picture you uploaded right where you see that oil laying in that seam thats the bad gasket there 2 bolts that fasten that to the block try to snug them if they dont budge then just take it into the dealer and they will replace that gasket.

That looks like mine EXACTLY. Dealer replaced the entire oil cooler. No more oil leak.

The oil pooling on the oil cooler lines is not a good indicator of the source of the leak. All you are seeing is the lowest point where the oil drips are forming. From your picture, it can be a number of things.

a) The oil cooler lines from the radiator
b) The oil cooler gasket
c) The oil cooler unit
d) The oil pan and/or pan gasket

If there is oil on the bell housing as well, you may have a bad rear main seal.

The dealer is your best bet. Over torqueing bolts on the motor isn't a good way to address a leak. It may actually make it worse. Get the dealer to drop a dye pack in your crank case and soon you will know the exact location of the leak and what's involved in fixing it.

In my case, the fluid is traveling down the edge of the transmission housing but beyond that, can't see anything else. Dealer appointment this week so should know more soon.

My leak turned out not to be a leak at all. Took the car in to the dealer who found the fluid was actually manufacturing oil/grease used that was on the back of the engine head. Apparently related to the robotic assembly process.

Also explains why it looked like oil but didn't smell like it at all.
