My Wife loves the ZL1 matter of fact it is her car. She said had to be 6 speed or not at all. I taught her to drive a straight shift years ago.

I wonder if she would still get sick if she actually drove the car herself. she loves manuals.

I wanted one of these ZL1's for over a year now and finally ordered one.The wife did not want to spend the money for one but after seeing one she thought it was way to kool! When I said let's order one and then she said "only if I get to drive it home first!" I told her she could If I got to pick the color so we ordered a SIM one.Now since the order has been placed and I have read the "break in" period I have threatend to not let her ever drive the car again if she breaks the rules!!

I don't see how anyone could NOT like it...it's an awesome car!! I don't think I would have a car that my spouse hated, it would make me feel bad to spend time working on it/driving it!

Since then she has bought ZL1 embroidered floor mats, trunk mats, valve stem covers, and got my "Birth Certificate" framed and matted.

I think she likes it.
KEEPER,KEEPER!!! What an AWESOME wife! Been with my wife for 20 Years and love her to bits but I wish so much that she was a car girl! She likes nice cars but could care less how much power they have. You got the whole package buddy! Enjoy that car with your wife. It's a rarity.

My wife loves the ZL1, although she is perfectly happy with being in the passenger side of the car. Although were both pleased that they came out with the new Z28 were also just totally thrilled about buying the ZL1. It has all the comforts we wanted, the look and the performance neatly packaged in one car. Just awesome, and IOM is being removed from the choice of colors what more can I say. Except i have the best wife in the world, who
also went with me to the last camarofest.

My wife is really helpful. If I miss a place buffing, or miss a scratch, or if I'm driving too fast, or driving too slow, or make any kind of mistake whatsoever, no matter how insignificant, she is right there to point it out to me.

I wish u all the luck and hope she comes around. My wife saw the Camaro on Power Tour when it was a prototype. She was hooked but wanted a convertible, we already had a solstice. Then SS Conv auto cause she tore up her knee so auto it is. The SS was white, she is a red girl so when a red ZL1 was available I asked if I got her a RED Camaro would she trade the white one, she said YES, I'm so tricky lol
So that's how we have a red ZL1 Convertible, yes it's hers, i take care of it but we have a blast with it. She did ask what's the difference between the SS & ZL1 I let her find out, she likes it. I'm a lucky man, now I gotta get my Nova done lol

A woman's work is never done. If only you didn't always make mistakes her life would be so much easier. I actually once in awhile allow my husband to sit in the passenger seat while I drive, but he knows if I hear one peep IT'S BACK IN THE TRUNK!

I thought I made a mistake once, but I was in error.
