It's not a car age in years thing for us.

I wouldn't call any car that I bought from full free choice old until they stop being fun to drive (hard) or there isn't any room for any repairs to also include some manner of performance upgrade.

The 1979 Malibu I bought new wasn't considered "old" for about the first 30 of the 33 years I kept (and kept modding) it. Our 1995 626 feels like it's almost but not quite on the chopping block . . . but nothing that an LS3/6-speed swap wouldn't turn around in a heartbeat.

When the 14's came out, ours became an instant classic. But still not old.

How about you?
...mine will be two years old in April, and the funny thing is, the more I drive it...the younger it feels, and I do as well, ...uncanny. It's quite a car.
