What kind of question is that? Lol I have put on a lot of headers.
The passenger side header is hitting the outer side of the k member straight across from the starter. Car has 3,000 miles on it so its not like the car is messed up.

No need for all those fancy bolts unless your just trying to make it look purty.
You can reuse your stock GM mls header gaskets but if GM gaskets come with the order it's cool.

The 2" TSP headers I purchased rubbed on the passenger side k-member as someone else had posted and the front primary on the driver side was against the motor mount.

Using an end grinder to clearance the motor mount was easy. I didn't want to dent the primary so I cut out about a 1 1/2" X 3/4" area of the k-member where it rubbed and welded in a piece of plate.

It's weird how rubbing headers produce a "grinding" noise. I'm just glad it wasn't my clutch or transmission.

I have a 2013 zl1 auto car.. the 2" primary headers fit perfectly. . I used the extension pipes that came with it and hooked it to factory catback.. works great.

Yes you need the extentions and you'll need two weld in two more Bungs if you want to hook up all four OS.my stock dip stick would no work so i purchased a lokar and it works great, very pleased with the headers & exhaust.
