IS350 Vs Camaro SS (Both not stock)
My Camaro SS M6 has the magnaflow comp series and will soon have the CAI intake. His IS350 has the F-intake. Who do you think from a 20 roll and off the line.

You should have the edge. The IS-F is another story though lol

You should have no trouble. I'm assuming 1st gear at 20mph. Just make clean shifts and you'll walk away from him. Off the line will come down to your driving skills. If you know how to launch your car without excessive wheel spin or bogging, you'll easily beat win. But drivers make cars. Lots of guys run 14s in Camaro SS because they don't know how to drive. |

SS gets my vote. The IS cars are really not impressive. ive got a 250 and its horrible with 205hp. the 350 only has 305hp. maybe compairable to the V6 camaro but not the SS

I can speak first hand to this.
You'll kill him. We've done it. Had a freind drive hers and I killed it. Not even really close. BTW, was he given the car for free? Or did he lose a bet? |

This looks like a job for a V6 Camaro. Send him my way. LOL

When I raced Bonnies IS350 it actually held pretty good with me off the line, but after about 100 feet it was game over.

Stock IS350 can do 0-60 in 4.9 and the 1/4 mile in 13.5. With some mods it can easily do 0-60 in 4.6 and the 1/4 mile in 13.0.
IS350 is the most underrated V6-powered car out there, coming from an owner of a G35. You think it's a V6 Camaro competitor ? Think again, it's more of an SS competitor than an RS competitor. His is a 6AT, so unless you do a near-perfect to perfect run than I would bet he might beat you.... obviously beyond the 1/4 mile you would have him, but the IS350 is stupid fast for what it is from a dig, from a roll too(lower first gear than the 8-speed IS-F, but it is a 6-speed). IS350 is the fastest Lexus ever made, with the exception of the LFA supercar and IS-F musclecar. |

Calling the IS-F a muscle car is like calling Rosie O' Donnell a supermodel.
