i use tomtom for iphone 4 (32gb) cause maps are loaded onto my iphone and i dont need to worry about reception... plus it only uses about 1.5 gb

Kahdir, how do you get mapquest/googlemaps to send the directions to your car so it shows up in the hud/dash?

There is an aftermarket kit for double din stereos but i personally dont think it looks all that great. I use my Garmin or my Iphone. Definately interested on how to send directions via google......hmmmmm

This is done through Onstar, if you have the Directions and Connections Plan $299/yr. Over priced if you ask me, and not as good as a on screen map based navigation unit.

This link shows how the eNav through Onstar works, maybe only one advantage I see is that the maps should be updated more frequently with Google and Mapquest.

I put the metra kit and my kenwood touch screen in for navigation, dvds and back up camera. I love the way it looks and it got rid of that waste of money onstar.
