FWIW
When I picked up my car I had a Private offer and am eligible for the USAA discount. Those 2 are not combinable so I took the Private offer since it was 1000.00 and the USAA is 750.00.
I paid the Military Discount price minus the 1000.00 incentive and another 1000.00 off for the Private Offer.
