Adams H2O Guard and Gloss

I just picked this product up because another Camaro6er recommended it. I was really impressed with the shine it provided and didn't require much work. The results I thought were great ! Anyone else using it?

I have actually been using it since it came out about a year or so ago. Very easy to use and does give great results. Not quite as easy as using Hydro2, but still a great product IMO.

I went through a gallon of it and a couple 16oz bottles. It is a good product. I used it on many cars I did for customers who wanted just the wash/clay/wax detail.

It's usually good for 2 months on a daily driver, and I've seen it go 4 months on a weekend car/garage queen.

Occasionally you may get a streak or two from it, but it's easy to fix. Just put the wet towel back in the bucket and wring it out leaving it slightly dripping, and wipe the area slowly, no pressure required. The water in the towel will activate the un-activated product that has caused the streak, then just wipe with the dry towel and it's gone.

I also used 2 wet towels instead of one, alternating them every panel, which keeps them from getting overloaded with product, and allows easier application.

The Rag Company Everest 1100 towels are perfect for application, and you won't find an 1100 gsm Korean towel at a better price. They run sales from time to time, and I've purchased them as low as $4.80 per towel.

The H20 Guard and Gloss is easily one of my favorite products.

We had some good rain last month and just recently as well. My car looked like it never had been rained on and my car is not garage kept either. Same goes for when the car is covered in morning dew/mist, it falls right off. I absolutely love the stuff.

Very easy to apply and remove. A little goes a long way. Even for a car that is daily driven and is parked out side it has easily lasted longer than 3 months for me so far.

My method when I first applied was as followed:

1 Rinseless wash using the Gary dean wash method.
3 Visco clay bar with detail spray
4 Alcohol wipe down
5 "My wet method" Spray bottle with plain tap water, spray a panel down and use h2o G&G as instructed.

Thanks ! I may just try that two towel method as well. That is a good price for some towels
