Questions about paddleshift and tires

Two questions:

One: Anyone here use paddleshifts when dragging? Or do they use sports mode (My car is tuned with trifecta... so my shifts are "firmer" in sports mode i guess?)

And two: I am thinking of changing my tires, I heard some are better at the track then others.

Are these good for dragging?

Use sport mode - unless you want to shift a hair early coming out of 1st into 2nd. My car is setup when Im in "m" the car will still shift itself when it hits the rpm I think 6200

Do you want tires for everyday use as well or just for the drag strip?
Those tires are fine to use.

It'll definitely be on my Daily Driver, just looking for something with more grip then the stock ones I have one....

Thank you for your input.
