With an exceptional pilot a 260 hp 2v could get into the 13's. They could be pretty quick out of the hole. Here we go......... Motor trend got 14.00 @ 100mph, just besting the s/c Lightening they were testing at the time.

My '99 isnt fast by any means, but I went 13.6@100 with 4.10s a midpipe and catback on drag Radials.
Again, nothing great, but it used to feel fun *now it feels like it cant get out of its own way compared to the new car*

If you want a guaranteed win vs a GT mustang in your V6 you'll have to go all the way back to the pre 99 GT's which put out 225 (or 215 I forget?) HP.
Torque and weight take away any HP advantage the V6 Camaro has!

I agree with you on that one NYY, one of the slower GT's since the 80's.
